A standard, consistent process in the Well/Septic, Inspections/Investigations, and Title Insurance paragraphs in the event that there are unsatisfactory conditions or objections. Further, the Inspections/Investigations Paragraph and Title Paragraph will now require that the buyer affirmatively object in order to walk away from the transaction. Failure to affirmatively object will mean that the transaction will proceed to close according to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
